1. Mix 3 egg yolks until slightly foamy/ you start to see bubbles. You won't see a lot of bubbles… probably 4 or 5
2. Once you start to see a little bit of bubbles, pour in a little bit of vegetable at a time… like 1 TBSP at a time. And blend. Do this until all of your vegetable oil is gone. Blend for 1-2 minutes in between each oil pour
