Acid picking line is one of the important procedures in cold rolling steel strip production technology, the aims of acid pickling are to remove the ferric oxide existing in steel strip surface, adjust weight of each coil, shear off impurity to obtain qualified raw material for the next coming cold rolling process.According to different technique, acid pickling can be sorted into push-pull and continuous modes.
The push pull pickling line is to undertake each steel coil pickling separately without welding, start up with push the steel strips and then pull.Usually this kind of pickling technology is suitable for those lines with annual capacity lower than 600,000 ton. With the advantages of smaller location, less investment, more simple equipment, more convenient operation, easier maintenance and well-adapted for various type of steel strip, our acid pickling line is well suitable for small and middle-sized cold rolling plants.
