Mayonnaise | Watch Factory Conditions Making Mayo With Oil and Egg Whites
Mayonnaise, informally mayo, is a thick cold sauce or dressing commonly used in sandwiches, budgers, composed salads, shawarma and on French fries. It also forms the base for many other sauces, such as tartar sauce, fry sauce. Mayonnaise is an emulsion of oil, egg yolk, and an acid, either vinegar or lemon juice; there are many variants using additional flavorings. The color varies from near-white to pale yellow, and its texture from a light cream to a thick gel.
Today I will make you watch how Mayonnaise is made commercially in local factories of Pakistan and India. The hygienic condition is terrible and the factory owners normally use very low quality of oil. This is definitely not a healthy product for your health. You must avoid this. Some times they use soap oil and other sub standard ingredients.
It is better to learn how mayo can be made in your kitchen at home. Try local recipes instead of using commercial ones. The ones used in street food is really not good for you and your kids. Please the purpose of my video is to spread awareness and keep your family safe.
