Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Continuous Pickling Line #pickling
Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Continuous Pickling Line is the pickling process where the oxide layers formed one the surface of hot rolled materials are cleaned by passing through hydrochloric Acid(HCL) baths.
The continuous pickling line is a modernized production line for pickling process that the steel strip is driven continuously through the acid tank and rinsing tank. The continuous pickling line is characteristic with high efficiency and high throughput, and low energy consumption. The annual capacity of the line can reach 500,000-1,200,000 tons.A welding machine at the entry of the continuous pickling line joins individual strips into endless strip, then horizontal loopers ensure continuously high speed in the processing section. That means you achieve top quality standards at very high capacities. Continuous pickling lines can also be coupled to cold rolling mills.
